Inspection Reports

You can use Inspection Reports to review, respond to, or update an Area-of-Inspection’s status. This is useful for managers, inspectors, and maintenance professionals when following-up on issues.

Inspection Reports is available in the iCloudFIS mobile app. Tap the menu button next to your username, then click Reports Tool.

Select filters to display the assets that are relevant to your needs or role and click Execute Query.

Tap an Area-of-Inspection to view its assets and their status.

Tap on an item to view its checklist where you can update status and add notes, photos, or video.

Click More to send a PDF status report by email.

When finished, click Save.
